Tests Due pop-up

This is a pop up for nursing and HCA teams. It alerts them to what tests are due now or due soon. It tells them which blood tests are required for QOF /IIF /LTC care. It also asks them to gather blood pressures, weight and other metrics where required.

When the teams enter a blood pressure into this template it checks the BP they have entered and compares it to their personalised BP target (generally based on NICE documentation).

If over target it prompts for next steps in care – either HBPM /ABPM /repeat /referral to a pharmacist for meds up-titration.

Working closely with Recall System

The tests due prompt works hand in hand with the recalls system and also provides a way for staff to check when a patient is due recall and whether they have been recalled recently.

One of the aims of this is to stop GPs feeling the need to manually set recalls or task reception to book follow up tests reducing task volume significantly.
